Small Multiples were initially tasked to complete user research and user flow on the Department's new environmental data portal. During this process the scope was expanded to include research and development of a brand identity for the new website. The brand needed to be simple, easily recognisable and convey a sense of openness, trust, collaboration and curiosity.
